The Wash Tub

Today, I finally surrender the wrestling match between me and Wash Tub. For over several months, I extended grace to management and staff regarding providing insufficient customer service and car care. Last year, my wife enter in membership with the location in Round Rock on Palm Valley Blvd. After 3 to 4 times of me taking my wife's truck to the location, and not receiving a good, thorough detail, she asked me to withdraw her membership and she would go elsewhere. I decided to stick around believing customer and car care would get back but it didnt and after the past two weeks, my excursion came off the door handle on the driver side. I called the place and filed a report with the CSR working the front desk and never received a call back. I drove to the location and I had a hard time locating a management official who would own the matter and help me. I was told someone needed to watch the footage to see if I drove my vehicle to the car wash with the handle broke. No one call to discuss this matter. Today, I gave this place a final chance. This week, I procured the door handle part with my car dealership. I wanted my car wash and it got wash but no one wife the vehicle down. Som

I visited The Wash Tub in Round Rock on Saturday, June 27, 2026, and had an excellent experience. Armando was extremely kind, professional, and helpful from start to finish. He paid attention to the details and made sure my car was looking super clean when it was finished. His outstanding customer service and positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Armando, for going above and beyond! I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back.

I've been driving past The Wash Tub for years and finally decided to stop in. I only wish I had done it sooner! My car hasn't looked this good in a very long time. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to address my concerns to make sure I was completely satisfied with the results. What really impressed me was the attention to detail. They went the extra mile by removing some stubborn tar from the rear panel and even cleaned the gas filler area—things I wasn't expecting but definitely appreciated. It's refreshing to find a business that takes such pride in their work and customer service. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car wash and detailing experience.

I had such an amazing experience at The Wash Tub in Round Rock! A huge thank you to Armando, Andres, Camille, Miguel, and Ginny for taking such incredible care of my truck. You can truly tell they take pride in their work. They detailed everything with so much care and attention—my cup holders and seats literally look brand new! The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. Friendly team, amazing service, and results that honestly exceeded my expectations. Hands down the best car wash in Central Texas. I can’t thank you all enough—I’ll definitely be back!

First time there, needed a car detail for a car we're giving to my daughter and it looks like new inside and out! Will be coming back with my vehicle to get some TLC and looking fresh.
